Super cute upcycled bike from local bike shop Recyclistas in Victoria. Vintage Norco frame with new wheels, chains, seat, handles, peddles, etc. Comes with heavy duty lock, helmet, water bottle holder, bell, and pannier rack. Most suitable for someone between 5’4 and 5’9 probably but my 6’3 partner has also used somewhat comfortably!
