This is a bicycle rack that mounts to the wall (all mounting parts included) and holds two bicycles with a wire shelf for helmets, etc. It hangs the bicycles horizontally allowing easier, short lifts from the floor. When not in use, it folds flat against the wall, out of the way. The rack has some minor marking and is missing one of the foam pads that fit between the bicycle and the rack.
