Approx 165,000 km. 18ft long, 8ft 8" tall. Small shower, sink, and toilet in rear, Dometic fridge and stove (both run on propane - tank is built in, has 29.5L capacity, no gauge), kitchen counter, sink, and full dining set with accessories included. Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen area underneath sink, above the lower bed, and across from the fridge/stove. Upper pullout sleeping area with tri-fold mattress, area below can be converted from bed to bench/table. Full brake line replacement done in 2024. Exhaust rusted but repairs have been made. Tires are old but still in good condition. Hot water does not work, but can be repaired. Heating does not work - very old obsolete model of furnace, would need to be replaced. Black water tank must be emptied frequently with use to avoid odor. Vehicle can be plugged in, has a few batteries connected in series as well as Renogy 2000w 120v Inverter. Will be available as of Sept 1st at the earliest.
