This unit is 5 years old and in excellent shape. It comes with a compressor blanket and a soft start module which was installed about a year after the Heat Pump itself. The factory charge on it is about 8.3 Lbs of R410A however, due to my lineset length it closer to 11 LBS, all of which was pumped down and sealed in the coil. The extra gas, blanket and soft start are probably worth more than I’m asking for this unit. I have videos of it running, and the current draw on both the compressor and the fan motor that are available on request. I replaced this unit with an inverter style system so I could run my zoned system in stages and more efficiently. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this unit and you’re likely to get at least 10 more years out of it, especially with that soft start .
