$811 · Room for Rent for Oct 1

Hey all, I'm looking for a roommate to rent the extra room in my basement suite, ideally for Oct 1. I'm a quiet, respectful dude who keeps to myself, I don't party, and I have a small pup named Charlie. I do smoke marijuana, but only ever outside, due to chronic pain from breaking my back and neck. The suite is a shared space with private rooms (unfurnished), there is a kitchen/living room combo, laundry washer/dryer combo, shared bathroom with bath and shower, 1 parking spot in the driveway, and a fully fenced in backyard with a patio. The landlords live upstairs and are very easy to get along with. Rent is $811/month, + 15% of the whole house's hydro bill every 2nd month (~$60 in summer, ~$100 in winter).
