PLEASE read the WHOLE post to see if this is a fit for you. ☑️Private room for rent in a beautiful upstairs 3 bedroom suite on Triangle Mountain in Langford ➡️This beautiful home has a hottub, deck with backyard, minutes walk away from a lake, ample parking, away from people but a 5 min drive from Walmart. ➡️1 of the bedrooms has a half bath suite and so he only uses the shared bathroom to shower. The 2 other rooms would share this bathroom. (you and her) ➡️Currently, there is 1 female working and school and 1 male working. ➡️The kitchen is fully stocked and living room has what it needs as well, so all you'd need is room furnishings. ➡️There is ampule amount of street parking but be aware our driveway is very steep. ➡️Majority of us who live here don't drink which doesn't mean you can't have a few but it would be an expectation to respect that you co-live with people who don't, so no partying please. Smoking/ vaping is strictly outside if you do. ➡️The Downstairs suite which is a separate suite which myself (nurse) and husband (business owners) are downstairs and your main contact people. ➡️We all share the laundry room which we've never had issues with, Thankfully! ➡️Rent is $950 plus utilities which is usually $74/month (covers wifi, hydro, hotwater, garbage ect) AND we spilt the propane between us all during the winter months. 🤣INPORTANT: Send A JOKE ABOUT A CAT!! and a blurb about yourself, how long your looking to rent and for when
