Laundry room is located on ground floor $2/load and parking is $60/reserved space. Our building is SMOKE FREE both inside and out, HOWEVER, there is a covered, furnished Gazebo which is the designated smoking area for tenants and their guests that partake. We are also a PET FREE building, so no matter how perfect your pet is, we are sorry we can’t accommodate. Brentwood Villa, is a well-maintained, 34-suite complex at 7088 Wallace Dr., (1 block west of West Saanich Rd.) nestled in the heart of the Village of Brentwood Bay, BC. and set back off the main roads, We're a beautiful, peaceful, seaside community, yet still so close to airport, BC ferries, Victoria, in 15-25 mins. Within walking distance to most amenities you will ever need including buses, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, water access, schools, hiking/biking trails, endless local farm markets, etc. etc. The building is ideal for those seeking a quiet, countryside lifestyle.
