There is in-suite laundry, an apartment sized dishwasher, and a storage locker included. There is an option to rent an underground secure parking spot for an additional fee. We are looking for quiet, clean, and respectful people to rent our place. No smoking and no pets. Some items in the photos such the desk in the living room as well as the art and other small personal items will be removed before renting.
