SN 839090 Style 481606 Made 09/09/38 Regular lock (no safety lock) This chest is one of the earliest full-sized Lane chests. Lane cedar chests are collectible as mid-century modern decor. This chest is unique as it has art deco markings at the edges, and was made in 1938. Models with the safety lock were made starting in the 1940's. The chest has been refinished.
