This gorgeous Mahogany Fireplace Mantle is truly one of a kind!! Handcrafted in the 1970’s by a local Victoria homeowner this unique piece of history deserves to be seen! Measures: 60” L x 16. ½” D x 3” H This mantle is Mahogany wood (not MDF). The top and bottom pieces are solid mahogany and in between, to create the curve, is plywood with a mahogany veneer (last photo shows the underside). It is a deep ‘Burgundy’ color with lovely curved corners and beautiful lines. Definitely a sight to see. There is some normal wear and tear from being 50+ yrs but overall it is really lovely. Could easily be cleaned up as a DIY project or kept as is for that uniquely vintage look.
