
They're actually made by Schecter Research, in their Korean factory, so the build quality and fit n finish are there. I haven't heard about any real QC issues with them. I also like that they have the weight like a Les Paul. The only real downfall for me is that you have to buy a case for it separately. I remember when you would spend 5-6 hundred bucks on a guitar, it would come with a case. You can spend 2k on a guitar and still not get a case with it these days. Sounds great going through both my amps. I would put this up against any Les Paul. The EMG 81/85 do what they are supposed to do, kick ass. I have my eye on another guitar and need to get rid of some. Make me a reasonable offer and I will part with it.
