The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed, with residents enjoying a peaceful place to live. Your 600 sq ft living space is very quiet and private as you have the ground floor and we are living upstairs. Our shared laundry facilities are on your level. Your living room is very bright and funky. You also have a sunny, private yard. The kitchen is small and features an electric cooktop, full-sized fridge and microwave – NO OVEN. Driveway parking for a single vehicle is available to you as well. You have a separate ground-floor entrance that we use on occasion. NO PETS, NO SMOKERS. The rental unit is furnished with the exception of bed and bath linens. We prefer a single tenant, but would consider two people sharing the same bedroom. Tenant(s) must be quiet, responsible, and willing to occasionally water our plants or tend to minor maintenance items when we are away. PLEASE NOTE the two rental rates: - $1900 PER MONTH FOR A SINGLE TENANT, OR - $2300 PER MONTH FOR TWO TENANTS sharing the same bedroom. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES.   Long-term lease preferred.
