2007 Cougar fifth wheel trailer - 27.8 ft long with rare rear kitchen. Polar pkg for year round use. GVWR: 4509 kg (9940 lb) does not require advanced license to drive. Cargo capacity is 1138 kg, making unloaded trailer weight 3371 kg (7432 lbs). Lots of storage and counter space = efficient traffic flow. Well maintained with recent brakes done and furnace servicing. For the last six years it has only gone to Tofino 2 or 3 times per year. Everything works! Very comfortable mattress, huge angled shower, separate toilet room. Sofa bed and dining table with chairs in large slide. Two 30 lb propane tanks. Huge “basement” pass through storage area under bedroom (holds a surfboard, tables, chairs and lots of toys!) Second owners - asking $15,500.
