We are currently looking for a fourth roommate to join our shared home near Cedar Hill and Shelbourne Street. The household currently consists of three respectful and mature individuals: one male (40) and two females (23 and 26). We maintain a friendly and considerate environment and are looking for someone who will fit well with the dynamic. About the Home: Located close to major bus routes and numerous amenities, including Fairway Market. Ideal location for students attending UVic or Camosun College, but working professionals with stable employment are also welcome. The available room measures 12’ x 9’ and rents for $900/month. Rent includes utilities (heat, hydro) and internet. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
