Selling our Vintage 1989 Jayco 806 Tent Trailer. The Good: -Tires were changed in 2021 including the spare. -Jacks are in good shape. -Wheel bearings were done in 2021 and it's only been used a few times since. -New LED brake lights - wired to a 4 flat connector -I've painted 3/4 of the trailer frame -Mattresses are in good shape for being 35 years old -You're not on the ground -Lots of storage inside the unit because it has no features! -Very lightweight - it was about 1200lbs empty before I removed the kitchen and fridge. Probably one of the lightest trailers you're going to find that has three beds. The factory weight is listed as 991 pounds! The Bad: -It's 35 years old -The canvas is a bit brittle and worn - we used it with a tarp (third picture)- Tarp included -The canvas is mostly patched, but the front bunk end has a bit of a tear in it from our last trip -The kitchen & fridge have been removed - because who wants to cook in a tiny tent trailer? -The propane lines are shot - the flex line for the stovetop is broken. The furnace was shown to us working in 2021 when we bought it but I wouldn't use it and the fridge propane line Is sitting open -Furnace is installed but would need new propane lines I'm hoping to pull it out and make sure it's in good shape still on the long weekend if the weather is good. Let me know if you have any questions.
