Cozy centrally located self contained private suite directly across the street from the Gorgeous Gorge Waterway Park. The suite is very comfortable, bright and offers a glimpse of the Gorge Waterway from the living room window. Our suite is centrally located to all areas of Greater Victoria and yet only steps away from the serene tidal Gorge Waterway which is an ideal place to kayak, canoe or paddle board. A well groomed and landscaped tree lined municipal park surrounds the Gorge Waterway and is a perfect place for water front walks, jogs or just for sitting on one of the many benches along the waters edge. We are perfectly situated within a half hour to both ferries and YYJ airport. Our home is suitable for a couple or one person. It is a 15 minute car or bus ride or 30 minute bike ride to the the lovely floral downtown core of Victoria. The # 11 city bus stops steps away for the front door, runs every 20 minutes into downtown. Our 430 sq foot suite is a very clean and secure fully furnished basement suite in a safe and quiet neighborhood.The living room has classic cove 8 ft ceilings a couch, reclining Lazy Boy easy chair and large flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has a table and chairs, microwave, full size fridge, stove/oven, plates and pot and pans. There is a private bedroom with a large dresser and a queen sized mattress. There is a 4 piece bathroom with a bath tub. The suite has every thing you need, furniture, sheets, towels, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Amenities included: wifi, cable tv, heat, hot water, hydro, free use of washer and dryer and free parking.
