We are a Victoria based custom home contractor looking for qualified carpentry staff (journeyman and experienced apprentices) to join our team for ongoing work. We have a current project in Cowichan Bay/Cobble Hill as well as upcoming work in Saanich, N Saanich and Maple Bay. All of our projects are architectural and requires skilled carpentry to execute all aspects of construction at a high level. Experience in the broad range of carpentry as well as a desire to continue learning and honing the craft are essential. We offer above average wages, benefits after 3 months, flexible schedules (4X 10hr days potentially), plenty of company swag and the opportunity to work on some of the most distinct homes in southern Vancouver Island.
