Hello, I am looking to rent to one person in a two-bedroom suite in the Gorge area, available June 1st. Rent is $1050 + 45 for internet and $525 security deposit. LGBTQ+ friendly. The room is unfurnished and is 10.9 x 12.10 feet and has a walk-in closet/Den that is 11.6 x 9.7 feet. The suite has a spacious and bright living space. Coin-operated laundry is in the building. There is also a small private outdoor space that gets a lot of sunshine in the summer. The place is right along bus routes to Camosun College and UVIC # 11, 8 and a 10 minute walk away to bus # 21, 22, 26. 5 minute bike ride away to the galloping goose and 15 minute bike ride to downtown. Your roommate will be me and my cat named Phillip. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. A little about me: I am in my early 30's and I work full-time for the provincial government. In my free time I enjoy going for bike rides, gardening when it is warm, and reading. I also spend 2-3 days a week at my parents place, so you will have the space to yourself during those times.
