I have a 6yo cat who is very friendly with people but selective with other cats. She has lived with other cats before and they got along well, but she doesn't like bullies or anyone that is too rough housing. About the house/suite: -Queer/poly/kink/neurodivergent/420 friendly!! We let our (respectful) freak flags fly around here. *Safe space is a priority.* -Transit accessible (multiple routes) -Street parking available -Rear entrance/garden suite. (French door entry provides significant lighting) -Insuite laundry -Compact kitchen space, full size fridge, minimal dining space -3rd BR is used specifically as a communal/crafting/social space!! (Sewing, crochet, scrapbooking, you name it; its likely here) -Bedroom offered is medium sized, can easily fit a queen bed and desk and/or dresser, has good sized/deep closet (with built-in shelving) -Bathroom is SHOWER ONLY -Communally based, neighbours on property are all super friendly and wholesome. We occasionally share meals and hangouts, but live separately. Occasional drinks, but no frequent parties. About me: I am a 32yo queer Death Doula who lives with fibromyalgia and ADHD.. I am a homebody mostly, but do enjoy excursions and adventures, and a love a good garden hangout. Laughter is my favorite medicine, and I am often cracking jokes or having a laugh. I work with dogs part time, so I semi-regularly have doggos that will visit the house.... I love to crochet and make crafts, I also have some tools on the property for building and fabricating during the sunny seasons. Anything you can think of, I likely love to play with it!
