I call this horn my Malahat Mountain Inn gig horn ( circa 1998 2010 ) cos it was my horn of choice for the duration of that gig. Here’s a sample of how it sounded on that gig: https://youtu.be/xyw_JOf4U_c https://youtu.be/M-Ww1QdnudI https://youtu.be/5xM_nE4qDFo It’s a 2008XX serial numbered horn, year of manufacture 1972. No dings, dents, soldering, the pads are in good shape. Lacquers approx 90% it comes in a Selmer Vanguard tray pack case, that is in excellent shape, it played well in tune outa the box and the middle “D” pops. It needs nothing, cos I take my horns in every six months to my repairman for an oil and lube job, with a blank cheque and instructions to do whatever is needed. I’d say it’s a killer but that’s purely subjective. Both of my remaining MKVIs are killers also and that’s why I’ve hung on to them. But it’s time? Reason for sale I have two other MKVIs and I’m 80. Listen up cos I’m 80 doesn’t mean I’m stupid. I can spot a scam a mile away so please don’t try it on.. And at the risk of sounding disingenuous if you don't have the money please don't waste my time cos I'm 80 which means I don't have that much longer to live and frankly I'm grumpy?? $8500 CND ps I have lots more pics if needed
