$2 · Swallow brand of "Shuttlecocks", from the People's Republic of China

I've got a lovely tube containing two shuttlecocks for those badminton enthusiasts out there. The tube indicates a half dozen in contents, but four of these "birdies" have been used and abused and lost in the mists of time, with two remaining. The tube, with removable lids both ends, was probably manufactured in the 50's or 60's, in Shanghai (I can read the first two characters - Shang and Hai). The chicken feathers are in pristine condition on the two shuttlecocks. They're raring to soar in your next game!
