Little Giant 5 MSP Sump Pump and Little Giant RS5LL Low Level Diaphragm Switch. Bought at Van Isle Water. Pump cost is $192 and Low Level Switch cost is $150. Also had it fitted it with a back flow valve. Currently set up to attach to an ordinary garden hose. The low level switch turns off the pump automatically. Replacement cost is about $400. Perfect working order. Test it before buying.
