You are looking at a new, and unused Euro/JDM Console Switch Cover for the 1999-2005 Mazda Miata. I imported this from Japan to use with some heated seat switches instead of the air bag version that comes in North American Miatas. Have taken a different route and no longer need this. It will accept any of the Mazda Miata OEM switches from North America, Europe or Japan such as the Heated Seat Switch, Fog Light Switch or the Headlight Leveling Switch.
