Tutor for Medical Office Administrator/Health Unit Clerk

Hello, I am looking for someone in the field of Medical Office Administrator or Health Unit Clerk that can help me with my understanding of medical billing procedures, billing codes, diagnostic fees etc. I am in school, however I don't feel that it is explained well. For example the teacher goes over billing MSP for a single issue but then gives an assignment with more complicated scenarios such as billing both WSBC and ICBC for a physician visit that addresses two unrelated issues in one visit. I know I can't bill for both ICBC and WSBC , so how is it billed? is one billed to MSP? how do you determine which one? at what percentage do you bill the second issue? We have incredibly limited classroom resources, no text book, I'm lost! I just need someone to tutor me a couple times a week for an hour or so, for just a couple weeks, to provide some clarity to my lessons (then this 3 week class will be finished). The teacher is unapproachable and belittles anyone who asks a question. I need someone to explain the basic processes involved with billing.
