$25 · 7 foot artificial Christmas tree

We have a 7 foot artificial Christmas tree which we are selling. We are an elderly couple and find this tree a bit too much work to decorate, so now have a much smaller one. The tree is in very good condition. It has a sturdy, solid oak base. We are asking $25 for this tree. I have included a picture of the tree, fully dressed so you can see how pretty it looks.
