1980 C&C 32 ft sail boat. Located on Victoria harbour at Westbay Marine Village. There is a nice walking trail to Victoria. Liveaboard moorage is transferrable upon approval. This is a great sailing yacht. Recent survey lists the value of the vessel at $25,000. Price reduced as I am leaving the province. Hauled out in November 2023. Had the bottom scrapped, painted, new zincs installed, and survey completed. The engine has been maintained, fresh water cooled, and recent heat exchanger cleaning.
