Needed - House Trailer for Office Space

We are a Non Profit Society looking to find an older 20+Foot house trailer. We are going to strip the interior out of to create a small office on our site. Perhaps you have an older unit, no longer suitable for extended travel/pulling in storage. Would you consider a "new home for it"? It needs to be soild, waterproof, lockable and towable to our desired location in the North Saanich area. We have a small limited budget for this project, but would appreciate hearing from you.
