The layout is great with the U shaped kitchen towards the back and the living area in the center. The bed platform fits a standard queen, the old mattress has been removed. Lots of storage, inside and out. We have removed the awning. We have a trailer hitch, if you need one as well. Tires are good. Make me an offer!
