Fully furnished Bedroom / House: 1 fully furnished bedroom rental in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. I am looking for the right fit for my place. It is a quiet home, but I do have two dogs (the dogs do bark), so you must be dog friendly (Sorry no other pets). The house is fully furnished and has shared laundry room. I do have a nice garden that can be enjoyed by all. Bonus if you like gardening. About Me: I am female who work full-time time in health care (regular day shift). I do wake-up early to walk my dogs. It would be great if the other person happens to be an early riser, but it is not mandatory. Preferred Qualities: - Quiet and considerate - Non-smoker - Drug-free - No parties - Early bird - clean Rent: $850 which includes garbage, sewage, basic cable & internet. Hydro is a shared expense (1/3 of hydro bill). This is my sanctuary, and I am looking for someone who will respect and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere of my home.
