$800 · Affordable short or long term minimalist living, shared accomodations

The place is between downtown Campbell River and Willow Point. Just to be clear: this place is in Campbell River, not Victoria I'm advertising to people who may be moving up to Campbell River, or looking for cheaper summer accomodations for short term. Maybe you want to stay a few weeks, but hotels and AirBNB are way too expensive, so if you can live simply and share my space, how does pro rated rent sound? Ideally, I don't want to rent less than a month, but that might be as low as $600 for one person. Just trying to afford this way too big for me place, but don't have better options really. I have a 2 bedroom apartment very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for an adult, communicative and honest roommate. NO illegal or legal hard drugs or tobacco, but occasional drinkers or 420 types are ok. Seriously, no hard drugs, legal or not. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property at all, but you'd be 100 metres from the beach! We need, ideally, to meet and have a chat in person first, at least a video chat. If you are willing to work around my lifestyle and schedule and mainly just need and use the one big bedroom, well sound proofed, then maybe we can talk about lower rent. Everything is negotiable about how we share the space and how long you expect to stay, but 3 months minumum occupancy is preffered (unless you want a summer place on the cheap!). I am not here to solve your short term housing problems in a crisis (but would help someone LIKE ME who went thru the hell I've been forced into since Covid, trying to stay housed). I am trying to make this place a tiny community, so we need to share some interests and values, ideally.
