Rooms for Rent to Students - Available 1st May 2025. We are looking for two quiet students to rent the private suite in our house. The suite has a private entrance and 2 bedrooms therefore, each student will have their own private bedroom and they will share the kitchen and bathroom and share the laundry room with our family. We live in Oakbay, a good quite neighborhood with short distance to UVIC and Camosun colleges, Bus route for the Buses #7 and #15, short distances to Hillside mall, Oakbay recreation center, Saveonfoods, Carnarvon park etc. The rent includes; wifi, laundry and utilities. No pets, No smoking and No vaping please and thank you.
