he Tree House is looking for one wonderful human to join our beautiful home in Arbutus/Gordon Head. The room is available for move in on Nov 15th, Dec 1st, or Dec 15th. The house has 6 bedrooms, one shared multipurpose room, two living rooms, three bathrooms, a large storage room, and wrap around deck. It is situated on a very large property with tons of green space and room to play, as well as an incredible view of the ocean. There’s a quiet beach a short 5 minute walk away. The room is $1045 + utilities - and available for November or December 1st. It is for single occupancy only. Small pets may be considered. No cats/dogs🦎 We have a lengthy lease and are looking for someone to be with us long term, who is interested in contributing to making this our home. We have lived here since August of 2023, and have put a lot of time & energy into the space (especially yard/garden!) - and want to continue to do so 🌈 All 6 roommates have different interests and personalities, yet all share a love for community, the outdoors, yummy food, electronic music, festivals, and circus arts. We vary in age from our mid twenties to mid thirties, and are made up of a broad range of gender identities and expressions. We love to be silly, spend quality time together, and play lots! As we are a house of varying identities, we are seeking someone who is queer friendly and mindful 🏳️‍⚧️💞🏳️‍🌈 We are a 420+ friendly house. One of our people has an anaphylactic peanut allergy, so you will have to be willing to be conscious of cross contamination in the kitchen, and clean up after yourself well.
