Looking for a fourth roommate in-house for November or December 1st. Currently, there are 3 of us living here, 2 Males at the age of 41 and 23 and 1 female at the age of 22. We are very respectful and mature people and get along great with others. This house is located around Cedar Hill and Shelbourne Street. This place is perfect for someone who will be attending UVic or camosun college, the place is also right beside bus stops and a ton of stores, including the fairway market . This price includes internet/heat and hydro, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Room that's for rent is aprox 10'x14' and will be renting for $900.
