About the Rooms - We have 2 rooms that will be available November 1 or 15th. The space is clean and renovations are just wrapping up. New pillows and clean sheets provided. New fridge and Kitchenette area, new washer/ dryer, new interior drywall and flooring, etc. Price is $900 per room and that includes all utilities. The rooms are not very big and we don’t have much extra space so we are not looking for someone who has a whole bunch of stuff. Luggage storage will be provided in our garage. Street parking is available if you have a car. Lots of bus options. Save on Foods West Side Village is about a 2 minute walk. Vic West Park is right across the street. 15 minute walk to downtown. About the Roommates - Mostly Filipino family home - Myself (White) my wife (Filipino) my daughter my mother in law and our 2 dogs are upstairs My sister in law, her partner, and their friend (all Filipinos) are downstairs and will share the space with the two new roommates. My daughter will often be downstairs visiting with her aunts and having dinners so you must be ok with a 5 year old kid hanging around and understand that this is a family appropriate home. Dogs are not permitted downstairs to help keep place cleaner and with less dog hair. Looking for 2 females who speak Tagalog as that is the main language spoken in our home. Large young crazy dogs upstairs make noise so you must be ok with dogs and noise. Pet them and give them food and they will be your best friend. Family friendly home with no smoking, drugs, vaping permitted on property. Finding the right fit is very important to us so we will be very picky in screening applicants.
