About the space: - Available on October 1st, 2024. - Utilities (heat, hydro, water) included. - High speed wireless internet included. - In-suite laundry, dish washer, convection oven + microwave provided. - Your own modest, unfurnished bedroom with closet (fits a queen size bed, but not much else, so better with a twin). - Your own bathroom (there are two in the unit, so you clean yours and I do mine). - Private balcony with propane BBQ. - Secure bike storage and underground parking spot, if needed. - Gas fireplace + baseboard heating. - Clean, quiet building with private wraparound grass courtyard. - Feline (meow) and 2SLGBTQI+ friendly. - 5 min. bike or bus ride to downtown. - 10 min. walk from Galloping Goose trail and Mayfair Shopping Centre. - No smoking or waterbeds in unit. - I've been here for a couple years now, so we are on month-to-month with the landlord (she's cool). - Sorry, no couples or kids, but guests are fine to visit with advanced notice. About me: - I'm a cis het white guy in his early forties. - As a music critic, I occasionally stay out late at concerts. - I often play music, but either at a reasonable volume or in my headphones. - As an avid recreational hockey player, I get home late and have gear drying out on the balcony a couple times a week. - I get meal kits delivered weekly, but I don't cook a whole lot otherwise. - I have a small cat named Toki. She got along fine with my last roommate's cat. She's super cute, but very busy. - Like to binge TV shows, movies, and sports (mostly hockey, baseball + football).
