Ground floor condo with outdoor space, in suite laundry, outdoor pool, bike storage, and additional parking available for $25/month or nearby street parking. Suitable for a single person who works outside of the home. Preferably female. $1400 all inclusive, including internet and hydro. Well behaved pets will be considered.
