Utilize POS and inventory systems to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly. Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of work. Demonstrate leadership by guiding and supporting team members. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions. Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in sales management, customer interaction, and market research. Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges. Experience with POS and inventory systems. Customer service experience, with the ability to handle diverse customer types confidently. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow within the role. Ability to take direction and provide clear instructions to others.
