$887 · Private room in Gordon Head

Hi all! I have a nice private room in Gordon Head available May 1st. It is 887 plus utilities (which are always reasonable, about 20). The lease is until September, with month to month available after that, so it is flexible if you would like to stay just the summer, or longer term. The roomies are all very lovely people in their 20s, either working or going to school. They occasionally have a board game night, but the house is pretty quiet. The location is great, about a 15min walk to tuscany village and uvic. Please let me know if you are interested!
