Newly renovated bright one bedroom garden suite, in the Gordon Head area. Available for January 1st 2025, rent $1850.00 + $150.00 for utilities per month, one year lease. Looking for a respectful, quiet mature professional, ideal for a single person, who will appreciate and maintain this space, including the suite garden area. Utilities included are water, electrical, garbage and recycling pick up and WIFI does not include cable or phone. Separate entrance and space for one vehicle. Renting unfurnished with shared laundry. No parties and limited guests. No pets. No subletting or short term rental allowed. Strict no smoking/vaping/illegal activity. We will require references (employment/proof of income and previous landlord references). We (owners) reside on the upper floor, the suite is located on the lower level of this quiet, secure and well-maintained house. Note we are retired and usually very quiet, but you may hear some activity during the day, also when grandchild is over (not often).
