Includes kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes/pots/pans/utensils, armoire and bed. Wall-mounted TV, loveseat recliner (different from picture), chairs and coffee table included. Full bathroom with full-size shower (no tub). Separate entrance with windows facing to the shed and shared driveway. The suite is to the side of the main house, with no neighbor above or below - so there is no need to worry about loud footsteps. Very close to all shopping, dentist, doctors’ clinic, bus depot, restaurants, grocery shopping, Superstore, Walmart, Tim Hortons/Starbucks etc. All of this is just a 5 minute walk away. Perfect for a student or someone in town on a short-term basis for work purposes. $1,300 per month including electricity, heat, hot water and wi-fi. A shorter-term or temporary-basis tenancy would be considered for the right candidate, a 3 to 6 month lease converting to month-to-month would be preferred.
