WANTED: 3-bedroom House for rent

Hello Everyone, We are three young professionals looking for a 3-bedroom rental with a preferred move in date of September 1st. My name is Bethany and I am a resident physician who has recently moved to Victoria and will be joined by my two future roommates, Kristin and Mackenzie, this fall. We are all quiet, clean, and non-smoking tenants with excellent references available. We are looking for a 3-bedroom space with good access to downtown via public transit, bicycle, or walking, as we will be primarily working in the city center or surrounding areas. More than one bathroom would be ideal, however, not required. Ideally, we are looking for a house or upper/main floor suite. We would require parking (street parking is sufficient) for one vehicle. Our preferred neighbourhoods include James Bay, Fairfield, Fernwood, Oaklands, and Oak Bay, however we are open to listings in other areas that match our needs. We are hoping to find a place between $3000-$4000. About us as tenants: We are all young professionals in our late 20s and will be working full-time. As mentioned above, we do not smoke and look forward to creating a peaceful, clean home together. We have all lived in several rental spaces before and we care for each property with utmost respect.
