Single mom with one child part time and a cat, looking for home in south Cowichan for about two years. I work with horses, and stay in Victoria half the week with family. Ideally looking for a rent trade situation. I have 40 years of gardening, animal and homestead experience, with decent handyman skills, as well as being trained as an EA and a CSW. I live a quiet life, with a small footprint, no bad habits; happy, healthy and grounded person.
