Makes a big difference. 1 bedroom is about 10x10, the other is close to 9x10. Previous tenants have fit double/queen beds no problem. Both bedrooms have a closet and a window. Minutes to Hillside Mall, Quadra Village, Mayfair Mall, and many of the major bus routes are right around the corner. Looking for tenants that are respectful, quiet, mature, clean, personable, and non-smoking. We are a young family that live upstairs, including two young girls that love to play. Yes you’ll hear some walking around, but we don’t like to spend too much time inside and it’s always super quiet once they crash early for bed. Rent is $2400 per month and is inclusive of all utilities. The only thing that isn’t included is cable TV. But who gets that these days anyways 🤨. Heat and air conditioning controlled by new heat pump, hydro, and high speed WIFI all included. Unfortunately I will not accept tenants with a dog but an indoor 🐈 may be considered (sorry, no outdoor cats) with a pet deposit.
