Off-road parking is available for one car, and an enclosed shelter for bicycles. A private walkway leads to the backyard and entrance to the suite. The backyard has a small vegetable garden, four mature fruit trees, flowering hedge, mature cedar tree, and a Giant Sequoia tree (60m!). This has attracted 30+ species of birds (migratory and resident) have been recorded. The interior layout of the suite includes: one large bedroom, large kitchen/dining area, office/den with large desk and futon chair, bathroom, and 8’x 8’ indoor storage room, and a laundry (washer/dryer). The ceiling height is 7 feet. Furnishings for living are complete. They include a queen-size bed, bedding (2 sets), clothes bureau, dining table and chairs, an office desk and chair, and dresser. The kitchen includes all necessary cooking appliances, fridge, stove, micro-wave, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. Past tenants have been most impressed by the suite’s large windows. This allows natural light in the suite and relaxing view of fruit trees, flowers, and resident and migrating bird species.
