Our psychology group has two beautiful, clean and secure counselling/therapy rooms for rent. Our recent long-term tenant is moving away, so we have space available--typically these rooms have rented quickly in the past, so we would encourage you to reach out quickly if you are interested. These rooms are rented fully furnished (to a very high standard), and turnkey. Our space is suitable for a counsellor, psychotherapist, or similar professional. The costs for space are: 1-day per week, monthly rate: $250 - $275 2-days per week, monthly rate: $450 - $500 3-days per week, monthly rate: $650 - $675 4-days per week, monthly rate: $875 - $900 Full and exclusive use of one room: $1100 - $1500 Full and exclusive use of both rooms (i.e., entire office), including all utilities and high speed internet: $2400/month.
