Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our real estate agents by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires a licensed real estate professional who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including coordinating appointments and basic on-the-road support. Client Relations: Assist with tasks regarding listings, showings, and real estate processes. Transaction Management: Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Property Listings: Assist with the creation and management of property listings on multiple platforms. Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and other vendors to prepare properties for listing. Open Houses and Showings: Schedule and coordinate open houses and property showings. Prepare properties for viewings and ensure a positive experience for potential buyers. Qualifications: Valid real estate license in B.C. Previous experience in real estate, administrative support, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in any real estate CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
