You won’t see one of these again!! This kit is a mix of old 30/40’s drums. 28, 13,14,14 28 inch kick with calf skin heads- 1940’s cloud badge with hand carved rose wood lugs- during the 2nd world war products were limited to the amount of metal they could contain so some insane drum builders work around was to just make wood lugs!! - I highly suspect the original marine pearl wrap was taken off of this drum. Comes with calf skin heads front and back. 14 “radio king” snare- late 30’s cloud badge. Single ply steam bent shell. Sounds amazing. Incredible cross stick sound and tone for days. Replaced original rods with longer ones so that it could accommodate Mylar heads. (Original rods included plus one extra lug) 13 and 14 inch toms- these were modded at some point (see internal photo) and given Slingerland lugs. They have Aquarian heads on the top and calf tucked to the bottom. This is a very special kit and I have loved it for many years but it’s time for its next owner to claim it. Also included are a 28 inch Aquarian head, 13 and 14 flesh hoops, bottom calf skin snare head, 14 bovid calf snare head with a tear in it plus a couple pieces of calf skin. All the parts to restore it to fully calf! -cases for all of the drums except the snare drum.
