A very early original cartoon drawing by Adrian Raeside - well known political cartoonist with the Times-Colonist in Victoria. This cartoon was originally published in "The Cowichan Leader" newspaper in Duncan, BC on August 29, 1979. A great piece of BC and Vancouver Island history.
