My daughter purchased this sofa 1 year ago, she has since moved into a shared residence and no longer has room for it. She paid $1400.00 to purchase and have it delivered to her apartment in Vancouver. We have it now in Victoria. It was lightly used in a non smoking no pet home. The sofa is so nice it can be used either against a wall or in the centre of the room and act as a room divider. The seating area is so full it can be used as a very comfortable guest bed, one we have used a few times.
