Familiar with 1989 Evinrude 90hp 2-stroke V4 ? Looking for mechanic.

I have one Evinrude 90 hp 2 stroke on my old double eagle. Last season, it started like a champ in the driveway but in the water it would either struggle to idle well or not start at all. It is a great motor that has never been abused. However I'd like to make it more reliable and get it looked at by someone who know's these motors. The auto oiler works, but has been disconnected. I am very careful with gas mix, and freshness. New plugs and good compression in all chambers last time I checked. New plug lines. Leg oil done. I'll include a few links I found that may be helpful to you. If you are familiar with a beast like this, let me know. Even a recommend of a mechanic/shop could be helpful. I am open to trailering and also have a pleasant garage setup should you wish to work on it here.
